About Us

Storytelling is our business.

At Sledge House Media®, we believe every story deserves to be seen, heard, and felt. As a full-service storytelling and media agency, we help individuals, brands, and organizations bring their stories to life through our three core pillars: Publish. Produce. Promote.

  • We Publish: From memoirs and children’s books to business guides and love stories, we provide turnkey publishing services—ghostwriting, editing, design, distribution, and more—for storytellers of every kind.

  • We Produce: Our video and media production services transform ideas into compelling films, book trailers, brand features, and live storytelling experiences.

  • We Promote: We amplify voices through strategic marketing, digital content creation, and brand storytelling campaigns that connect emotionally and drive engagement.

Founded in 2021 by husband-and-wife duo Christina and Edward Sledge, Sledge House Media is a Black-owned, veteran-owned, women-owned storytelling and media agency based in Howard County, Maryland. Christina, a doctoral scholar and media executive, and Edward, a proud Army veteran, built this business on faith, resilience, and a shared love for storytelling. What started with two quarters and a dream has evolved into a mission-driven agency helping others turn their stories into legacies.

Community Matters

We proudly support literacy and education through donations, reading programs, and story time events. Our work includes partnerships with the Brooklyn Cyclones Home Run Readers Program, New York Mets, Seacrest Studios, local libraries, and community organizations. Christina also serves on the Board of Directors for The American Red Cross of Montgomery, Howard, and Frederick Counties, and as an Advisory Board Member for The Salvation Army Central Maryland Area Command.

We don’t just tell stories, we help people own them, shape them, and share them with the world.

Let us help you publish your book, produce powerful content, and promote your message, because at Sledge House Media, storytelling is our business.
